Below is a clip of Eric Holder discussing how his current opinion of Arizona law SB1070 has been formulated by the media, as opposed to his personal review of the law. He has not yet been briefed by anyone on his staff who has read the bill. Does anyone in this administration think before they speak? And what should be the penalty for high administration officials, from the president to the attorney general and secretary of state, whose actions and comments have the ability to inflict economic harm on a state? What is Arizona’s recourse against libel and slander, and should the Arizona Attorney General seek action against the federal government?
Eric Holder takes his legal opinions from cable news; he is the advisor to the president on this issue, so who formed Obama’s “misguided” position.

Attorney General Eric Holder testified
“I have not had a chance to — I’ve glanced at it,” Holder said at a House Judiciary Committee hearing when asked had he read the state law cracking down on illegal immigrants.
When asked by Rep.Ted Poe, R-Texas, how he could have constitutional concerns about a law he has not read, Holder said: “Well, what I’ve said is that I’ve not made up my mind. I’ve only made the comments that I’ve made on the basis of things that I’ve been able to glean by reading newspaper accounts, obviously, television, talking to people who are on the review panel…looking at the law.”

I have just watched your testifying before our Congress, and have made the statement that you have not taken the time to read about SB 1070. Is it that you are AFRAID to make a commitment as to whether the Arizona law is legal, that you are AFRAID to stand on your own two feet or that you are afraid that MR. Obama will spank your hand? Be a man. get off your duff!

Why is Mr. Holder so stupid to admit that he has not read the Arizona SB1070? What is he waiting for? Has he established a date and time that he will read it in its entirety? Any faith that I have had in the past about Eric Holder have gone with the wind. Move over and let someone that wants to properly do his job , properly, take your place.
I believe that Psalms 109, verse 8 describes you to a "T". Please read any Bible that you can get your hands on, or if you have trouble reading it, have someone read it to you.
Get off your "duff".

Most importantly, Holder admitted to lying to Congress. He has had time to read newspaper opinions about the law, but claims he hasn't had time to do his job and read the 10 page bill. That is an obvious lie. If he had time to read newspapers about the bill then he had time to read the bill and chose not to.
