To wit: the seperation between the uber-wealthy and everyone else has bee multiplied. The none-uberwealthy either stayed the same or lost income, yet, the snake oil is peddled relentlessly as a cure-all for our ills. Presidents Reagan and Clinton both raised taxes during their recessions, and are numbers 1 and 2, respectively, in job creation since such records have been kept. Meanwhile, GWB lowered taxes even futrther, and has the WORST job creation record every recorded. Keynes was certainly wrong in some aspects, but he has it ALL OVER this idiotic trickle down farce, which has our ecenomy circling the drain.
